Image Management Applet

The Pentad Systems Image Management Applet comes into great use when integrating with our Work Order Management System (included in our Computerized Maintenance Management System).

Our Image Management Applet allows you to upload Images or Documents to your Work Orders. This affords a great way to organize the documents that are pertinent to each Work Order.

Clicking the “Browse…” button brings a pop-up where you can choose the file from your local computer or your network that you would like to attach to the Work Order.

Select an Image or a Document, then give it a Description in the Description textbox.

Click the Upload File button to complete the attachment.

You can then click the View button to View the file or click the Delete button to Delete the file from the Image Management page.

There is no limit to the amount of documents you can upload with the Image Applet.
