SQL Reporting - Add a Grand Total to a Table

a. Select the Table you wish to have a Grand Total |

b. Right-Click on the bottom row grouping (the little tab to the left of the last row) and select either "Table Footer" or, if that is already selected, then "Insert Row Below". |

c. There are two ways to get the report to show the Sum of the Value you wish to total:
* Drag and Drop the Value you wish to total into the cell
* Type =Sum(Fields!xxxx.Value) into the cell, where xxxx is the name of the dataset object you wish to total.
|
|

**You can also have the word "Total" or "Grand Total" underneath the objects that you are not totaling in order to have a label.
